Good, but I didn’t think it was Oscar worthy.
The ending was entirely foreseeable. Well Acted though.
More than a boxing movie, much more.
Some say the twist in the third part of this film is controversial. That means people will talk about and discuss the subject it addresses. You don’t have to agree with the decision the characters choose in order to like this movie and realize how well done it is, and how genuine the feelings of a deeply moral issue are approached. Seems like a good thing to me. This is a really good movie that deserves all the Oscar nominations it has received. An inspiring, exciting love story that ends in tragedy. Eastwood continues a great directing and acting career.
