After receiving a mysterious demonic African mask in the mail, a woman is attacked by a "being" she refers to as The Nightmare Man. Her doctors and her husband believe she is a paranoid schizophrenic, but the terror has only just begun.

The new "April Fool's" revolves around a party given by two rich siblings, played by Taylor Cole ("Supernatural") and Josh Henderson ("Desperate Housewives"), for their friend (Scout Taylor-Compton of "Halloween"). Tragedy strikes when a friend falls over a balcony and dies. One year later, the teens responsible for the accident become the targets of a twisted killer who begins hunting them down one by one.

Three sisters and a group of their friends take a trip to the home of the recently deceased grandfather — who died a particularly grisly death — to learn more about the promise of an inheritance, only to encounter a family of psychos who have taken up residence in the old man's cabin.
